Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, apple, grapes and walnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mustard.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
