Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, apple, grapes and walnuts.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mustard.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
