Ingredients
- 2 turkey breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup fresh sage leaves, roughly chopped
Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Rub the turkey breasts with the olive oil mixture and place on the grill. Grill for about 15 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
- Add the fresh sage leaves to the top of the turkey breasts and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through and the sage leaves are lightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
