Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of truffle oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Cut the potatoes into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, truffle oil, salt, and pepper and toss to coat.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
- Remove the fries from the air fryer and serve.
