Ingredients
1 (5-7 pound) fully cooked ham
1 cup honey
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place ham in a roasting pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together the honey, brown sugar, ground cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread the mixture evenly over the ham.
Pour pineapple juice and water into the bottom of the roasting pan.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Baste with the pineapple juice and pan juices every 10 minutes.
Increase oven temperature to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting every 10 minutes.
Remove ham from oven, and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
