Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

3/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup peeled and diced apples
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.

Add melted butter and stir until combined.
Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Spread diced apples over the top and sprinkle with remaining oat mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool before cutting into bars.
