- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe banana, mashed

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocado and banana until smooth.
- Add the coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt, and whisk until combined.
- Add the baking powder, baking soda, and oat flour and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Grease a muffin tin with coconut oil and fill each cup with the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
