- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, chipotle powder, and vanilla extract and beat until combined.
