Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. In a shallow dish, combine the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
  2. Add the pork chops to the marinade and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Brush the grill grates with the vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Season the pork chops with salt, to taste.
  7. Grill the pork chops for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  8. Serve the pork chops warm with your favorite sides.
