Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- In a shallow dish, combine the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
- Add the pork chops to the marinade and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the grill grates with the vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Season the pork chops with salt, to taste.
- Grill the pork chops for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve the pork chops warm with your favorite sides.
