Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375F.
- Wash and dry the potatoes. Slice the potatoes into thin slices, about 1/8-inch thick, making sure to not cut all the way through the potatoes.
- Place the potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and thyme. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. The potatoes should be golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
