Ingredients
- 2 leg of lamb steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the leg of lamb steaks with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the lamb steaks on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
