Ingredients

  • 4 halibut fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush both sides of the halibut fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the halibut fillets on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cilantro and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove the halibut from the grill and brush both sides with the cilantro garlic butter.
