Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped avocado and cantaloupe.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and garlic powder.
  3. Pour the dressing over the avocado and cantaloupe and stir to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve chilled.
