Split lobsters in half lengthwise. Remove the vein and the sac from the body cavity. Place lobster halves on a baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, onion, celery, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, crab meat, shrimp, scallops, cheese, bread crumbs, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
