Ingredients
1 cup cassava flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil
Optional: any pizza toppings of your choice
Directions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
In a bowl, whisk together the cassava flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the water and olive oil and mix until a dough forms.
On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into two equal pieces and roll each piece out into a thin circle.
Grease a large piece of aluminum foil and place one of the circles of dough on top.
Carefully transfer the aluminum foil with the dough on it to the preheated grill.
Close the lid of the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes, until the bottom of the crust is lightly browned and crisp.
Flip the crust over and cook for another 4-5 minutes, until the other side is lightly browned and crisp.
Remove the crust from the grill and top with your favorite pizza toppings.
Return the pizza to the grill and cook for another 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the toppings are heated through.
Remove the pizza from the grill and slice into pieces.

Cassava flour is made from the root of the cassava plant and is a great gluten-free alternative to wheat flour.
Grilling pizza is a great way to add a smoky flavor to the crust.
You can use any pizza toppings of your choice for this pizza.
