Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 ounces) pizza dough
  • 2 cups cooked broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked broccoli, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, feta, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Divide the pizza dough into four pieces. On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece into a 6-inch circle.
  4. Place 1/4 of the broccoli mixture in the middle of each dough circle. Fold the dough over to make a half-moon shape. Crimp the edges together with a fork to seal.
  5. Place the calzones on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
