Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed brioche
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the cubed brioche on a large baking sheet and spread out into an even layer.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and cloves.
  4. Pour the mixture over the brioche cubes and toss to evenly coat.
