Grilled Balsamic Peaches

Ingredients

  • 2 firm peaches, halved and pitted
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

Directions

  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the peach halves, cut side up, on the grill and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture over the top of the peaches and continue to cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  5. Remove the peaches from the grill and transfer to a plate. Top with the chopped fresh mint.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
