Very Easy Crab Dip
Ingredients
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned, about 8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
Serve with Parmesan cheese (if using).
