In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, hot pepper sauce, dill weed, salt, and pepper. Stir in Cheddar cheese and crabmeat. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread mixture into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
