Ingredients
6 large eggs, hard-boiled
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons diced kalamata olives
1 teaspoon minced red onion
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
½ teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place in a bowl.
Mash the yolks with a fork and add the feta cheese, mayonnaise, olives, red onion, dill and oregano.
Stir until combined and season with salt and pepper.
Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
Garnish with additional dill and oregano, if desired.
