Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup fresh snap peas, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup fresh carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until the onions are soft and translucent.
