Ingredients

  • 1 pound of pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup of chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet.
  3. Brush pizza dough with olive oil and season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over pizza dough.
  5. Top with ricotta cheese, bacon, spinach, and artichoke hearts.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Slice and serve.
