In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and honey until combined.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Spray waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour about a cup of batter onto waffle iron and spread evenly. Close iron and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Repeat with remaining batter.
