Ingredients
4 large baking potatoes
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Scrub the potatoes and poke them a few times with a fork.
