Directions
- In a bowl, mix together the vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast flakes, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and liquid smoke.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the vegetable broth, tamari, and olive oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together until well combined.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Form the dough into a log and wrap it in foil.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
