Ingredients

  • 2 Tilapia Fillets
  • 1 Mango, chopped
  • 1 Red Onion, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice

Directions

  1. Combine the mango, red onion, jalapeno, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, cumin, cilantro, and lime juice in a small bowl and mix until combined. Set aside.
  2. Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  3. Brush the tilapia fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the tilapia fillets for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  5. Serve the grilled tilapia with the mango salsa.
