Ingredients
2 Cornish hens, thawed
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon rosemary, dried
1 teaspoon thyme, dried
1 teaspoon oregano, dried
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Rinse the hens and pat dry. Pat the outside of the hens dry to ensure that the seasoning adheres.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.
Brush the hens with the seasoned butter and place in a roasting pan. Roast for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Allow the hens to rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.
