Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and marinade, and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Add the broccoli, snow peas, carrots, and green onions to the skillet, and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Return the shrimp to the skillet, and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until everything is heated through. Remove from heat and stir in the peanuts.
