Ingredients
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound spaghetti
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, sugar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Spread the tomato mixture onto a baking sheet in an even layer. Roast for 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the roasted tomatoes. Toss to combine.
- Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
