Ingredients

- 2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes, until the onion is softened.
- Add the cumin, paprika, and salt and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add the beans and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are heated through and beginning to crisp up.
- Serve hot.
