Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups grated apples

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9x13 inch pan.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture alternately with the milk.

  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
