Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  2. Add the oil and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add the cold water and mix until a dough forms.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a 1/8-inch thick circle.
  5. Transfer the dough to a 9-inch pie plate and crimp the edges.
  6. Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
