- 1/2 cup water
Directions
- Peel, core, and dice the apples into small cubes.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the diced apples, honey, spices, and water. Bring to a low simmer over medium heat.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are soft and the mixture is a thick syrup.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Transfer the cooled mixture to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe dish and freeze for at least 4 hours, until frozen.
- Scoop out the sorbet and serve immediately.
