Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Pour melted butter over the crumb mixture and stir until evenly moistened.
  4. Spread the crumb mixture in a 9-inch pie plate and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  6. In a large bowl, whisk together cream, condensed milk, and vanilla until thick and creamy.
  7. Stir in the cooled graham cracker crumb mixture.
  8. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
  9. Transfer the finished ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
