Ingredients
- 1 cup aquafaba
- 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup vegan powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the aquafaba and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- In a small sauce pan, melt the chocolate chips over low-medium heat. Once melted, add the melted chocolate to the aquafaba mixture and whisk until combined.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
- Aquafaba is the cooking liquid from canned chickpeas.
- This mousse is naturally vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free.
