Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Cut potatoes into wedges. Place in a bowl and add the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Toss to combine.
- Spread the potato wedges out on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
