Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges. Place in a bowl and add the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Toss to combine.
