Ingredients
- 1/2 cup kimchi
- 1/4 cup kimchi juice
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 package of pre-made pizza dough
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together kimchi, kimchi juice, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, onion, bell pepper, garlic, red pepper flakes, and sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to a 12-inch circle.
- Transfer the pizza dough to a greased baking sheet and spread the kimchi mixture evenly over the surface.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
