Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup kimchi
  • 1/4 cup kimchi juice
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 package of pre-made pizza dough

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together kimchi, kimchi juice, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, onion, bell pepper, garlic, red pepper flakes, and sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to a 12-inch circle.
  4. Transfer the pizza dough to a greased baking sheet and spread the kimchi mixture evenly over the surface.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
