Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  4. Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste and stir to combine.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are fork-tender.
