Directions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the ground beef and cook for 6-7 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.

- Add the smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Cook for 1 minute, stirring to combine.
- Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste and stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are fork-tender.
