Directions

Add the smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Cook for 1 minute, stirring to combine.
Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste and stir to combine.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are fork-tender.
Serve the Texas-Hash warm with your favorite sides.
