Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Toast the hamburger buns. Serve the Sloppy Joe mixture on the buns.
