Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 3 tablespoons aquafaba
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, stir together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in coconut sugar, aquafaba, and vanilla extract. Pour into almond flour mixture and stir until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
