Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour and salt until smooth.
  3. Slowly whisk in the milk and melted butter until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the pancakes are lightly browned.
  5. Cut into squares and serve warm.
