Ingredients
- 1 pre-cooked bone-in ham (8-10 pounds)
- 1/2 cup of light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup of apple juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place ham in a large roasting pan or baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
- Rub the seasoning mixture over the ham, making sure to cover the entire surface.
- Pour the apple juice around the ham.
- Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting with the pan juices every 30 minutes.
