Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper and salt.
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with seasoning mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
- Pour flour onto a plate. Dredge each chicken wing in the flour, coating it evenly.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the chicken wings, in batches if necessary. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes, flipping once.
- Remove chicken wings from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
