Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
Directions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and chipotle peppers. Combine the sauce mixture with the beef mixture, and mix until everything is evenly combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape, and place it on a greased sheet of aluminum foil.
- Fold the foil over the meatloaf and place it on the preheated grill. Close the grill and cook for 45 minutes, flipping the meatloaf halfway through.
- Remove the meatloaf from the grill, carefully unfold the foil, and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
