1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
Directions
Preheat your grill to medium heat.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and chipotle peppers. Combine the sauce mixture with the beef mixture, and mix until everything is evenly combined.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape, and place it on a greased sheet of aluminum foil.
Fold the foil over the meatloaf and place it on the preheated grill. Close the grill and cook for 45 minutes, flipping the meatloaf halfway through.
Remove the meatloaf from the grill, carefully unfold the foil, and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
