Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of mushrooms, diced
- 1/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine mushrooms, panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
