1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups oil for frying
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the chicken chunks, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, and olive oil. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
Place the flour in a shallow dish and dredge each piece of chicken in the flour, shaking off any excess.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken pieces and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and let drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
