Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cups cooked noodles
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken strips and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Add the garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, cumin, garlic powder, coriander, onion powder, salt, and pepper and stir until combined.
  4. Add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and chicken broth and stir until combined.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and stir until everything is evenly combined.
  6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
