Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, bacon, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything together until combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into patties.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto the center of each patty and fold the sides of the patty together so the filling is secured inside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the burgers.
- Cook the burgers for 5-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve the burgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
