Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 4 cups fresh rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add the rhubarb and toss to coat.
  3. Pour the rhubarb mixture into the pie crust.
