Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 4 cups fresh rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add the rhubarb and toss to coat.
- Pour the rhubarb mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until rhubarb is tender and crust is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
