Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well with a rubber spatula.
  2. Form the cheese mixture into a ball and roll in the chopped pecans to cover the outside.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
